Une variété–fiction de deux heures qui permettra aux téléspectateurs de parcourir toute la carrière de Johnny Hallyday en présence de Christophe Maé, Julien Clerc, Carla Bruni, Raphael, David Hallyday, France Gall, Calogero, Laurent Gerra, Laura Smet, Katy Melua, Grand Corps Malade, Amandine, Joss Stone et Mylène Farmer.
